Full body workout combining gentle strength training, mobility and mindfulness to leave you feeling energised rather than exhausted. Learn how to perform compound exercises at a slow pace with a correct form and breathing. This 45 mins features 10 min warm up, 25 min of strength  and mobility-based exercises  and 10 mins of relaxation. All fitness levels welcome!
